Mike Trout

Mike Trout - huge rookie year. Old time baseball instincts. Too much to compare to The  Mick? Rookie of the Year? Then - 2014 MVP in the AL.
He received all 30 first place votes. Ironically, Trout had his worst full season as a big leaguer in 2014, setting new career-lows in hits (173), batting average (.287), on-base percentage (.377), OPS (.939), OPS+ (167) and stolen bases (16). Of course, he did still lead the league with 115 runs, 111 RBI, 338 total bases and 7.9 WAR.
